1) Question: What is the average lead time for a custom resin lazy Susan product?

Answer: It is a one month wait for custom resin lazy susan. It due to the fact that resin epoxy need to be absolutely cured before it get packaged and shipped out.

​

2) Question: How long does it take to get a quote?

Answer: We respond to all custom/quote requests within 1-2 business days. Sometimes our response will end up in your junk or spam folder so please check there as well if you haven't received an answer yet.

​

3) Question: How do I clean my products?

Answer: we do not recommend any heavy cleaners or oil cleaners for our products. We suggest simply using a bit warm water and a nice soft rag to clean our products. If the surface is still wet normally we use paper towels to dry it.

​

4) Question: How do I maintain my products?

Answer:  Once you have your product from Pawel Resin Art, you do what you wish with it. However, should you want to maintain it in prestige condition such preventing excessive scratch damage. Please keep in mind just like any product there is wear and tear overtime. To keep in prestige condition I do not recommend placing some objects that can easily scratch the surface of resin. Should you want to do it please place a nice soft cloth on it before placing a hard object on it. Other than that, they can be maintained for a long time.

5) Question: Can I take it outside?

Answer: I do not recommended taking it outside. Resin products are generally made for indoors only. It is especially highly advisable not to take it out on a hot sunny day. Leaving it exposed to a sun is a very bad idea.

6) Question: Where do I ship my products?

Answer: I can ship my products anywhere in Canada and to USA via Canada Post. If your country is not listed during your checkout, please notify Pawel Resin Art via email and we'll respond as soon as we can.

​

7) Question: Can I make a request for a custom-made Lazy Susan?

Answer: Absolutely! Do send a request you want something on Lazy Susan made to your liking. Please keep in mind it'll depend on how much products we are working before we begin working on your product. To be fair It is first come, first serve basis. Once we know when we can begin working on your product. We will notify you as soon as possible.

8) Question: If I see a product I want but it's Out of Stock, can I make a pre-order?

Answer: Pawel Resin Art is currently working on establishing pre-order option. Please send us a message about it and we'll get in touch with you. 

​

9) Question: Are more wide ranging Lazy Susans coming?

Answer: Pawel Resin Art are continuing to work tirelessly making more variety of Lazy Susans.

​

10) Question: What about the cost of shipping?

Answer: Shipping is free for both Canada and USA! After customer purchases their product(s) and expect them to be shipped to their destination will face an estimated delivery time is between 2 - 7 days in Canada. For U.S. it would normally take between 7 - 10 days of estimated delivery time. However it could be a little longer depending on the circumstances of the carrier, Pawel Resin Art do not have control of it nor is Pawel Resin Art are responsible for the delay or lost product(s). If that occurs please contact Canada Post for the status of your delivery time. Customers will also be notified via their email of the Tracking Number before ship out.

11) If I sign up, am I protected?

Answer: Yes your personal information is protected always. During your sign up, you'll see security questions you'll need to answer. This will help to ensure preventing bots and spams. In addition, you can, at anytime, delete your account too.

​

12) What if I want my product shipped faster?

Answer: Please contact Pawel Resin Art via email regarding your preference of shipment.

What are the payment options?

 Pawel Resin Art will accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and ETransfer. However, we do not accept Cash or Cheques.

What is your return policy?

CANCELLATIONS: We're sorry but we don't provide refunds if you simply change your mind about a purchase. Please make sure you want your items before you purchase them. :-)

CUSTOMS ISSUES: We are not responsible for local customs issues. All issues or problems associated with customs are the sole responsibility of the customer and Pawel Resin Art is not liable. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds on an order because it did not pass through customs or because a fee was levied by a local customs agency.

​

REFUNDS: We are happy to provide refunds for any defective products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You must also have the original receipt or proof of purchase.
